Cashier

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
|
- Ensure all Sales Invoices &/or the POS receipt must be signed by the collectors (name, time), be it the outlet assistants or the tenants’ assistants.
- Cashier’s duties as follows:
a) Counter be ready for open by 7a.m.
b) Carry out their duty diligently and ensure that scan in right products with the right codes and correct qty accordingly.
c) Highlight if the pricing is not correct. Assist Buyer to update price label.
d) Attend customer enquiries. However, he should take care of the counter at all times. Seek immediate assistance via walkie-talkie when there are more customers.
e) If customer wishes to negotiate lower price, seek Buyer for immediate assistance.
f) Not allow any outlet assistants, suppliers or tenants to walk pass KF to the office or KF’s Goods Receiving area.
g) Outlet’s disposal will be delivered via another route.
h) Seek assistance should Cashier wish to leave the Cashiering station.
i) Keep the area clean + the sink + counter + Chilled display (glass door & its racking). Ensure first in first out.
j) Need to familiarise with the products well.

Requirements:
|
- Minimum age of 20 years and above
- Candidates with extensive retail working experience will be added advantage.
- 1 to 2 years relevant working experience in a similar position will be an added advantage
- Good arithmetic skills, possess high integrity and able to work independently
- Possess good attitude, initiative, independent, honest and pleasant personality

Farming Site Supervisor
|

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
|
- Assist the Project Director / Project Manager – Plantations in preparations on management reports and other related working paper in a timely.
- Dynamic, initiative, independent and ability to work under challenging environment.
- Overall coordination of architectural works.
- To carry out site inspection and supervision.
- Rounded personality with good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels of workers.
- Plan, Schedule and assign daily tasks to staff.
- Responsible for the Estate administration process, ensure records are kept and organized systematically.
- Control, analyze and initiative corrective measures in respect of quality levels of vegetables, operating costs and cleanliness.
- To minimize the shrinkage and disposal of vegetables.
- Good computer knowledge, willing to travel to site and keen to learn.

Requirements:
|
- Diploma holders in Agriculture/Aquaculture/Poultry/Forestry or equivalent and have minimum 2 year (s) of working experience in the related field.
- Able to converse and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Understand Chinese is a plus.
- Pleasant personality and neat appearance.
- Disciplined individual and work independently.
- To schedule all employees to maintain the work standards, while operating within budgeted labour cost guidelines
